Fitnesskurse bei Icke in Berlin
Bei Icke in Berlin werden mehr als 100 Fitnesskurse pro Woche angeboten. Im Kursplan findest Du alles von Core Training im Functional Fitness Elementen über CrossFit, für jedes Alter aber auch Yoga und Fit mit Baby Kursen (bei uns Fit Mom and Baby). Wir bieten eine grosse Breite an Gesundheitskursen bzw. Präventionskursen, die unsere Physiotherapie in den Alltag überführen. Einfach mal stöbern, was zu Deinem Fitness Ideal passt und gerne mal kommen und ausprobieren. Wir haben selbst aufstrebende Fitnessarten im Angebot, wie Hyrox oder Klassiker wie Powerlifting und Gewichtheben.
